To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item(s).

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including but not limited to:
